Delivering Constructive Criticism is one of the most challenging things for anyone. Through this workshop your participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills that will assist them with this challenging task. When an employee commits an action that requires feedback or criticism it needs to be handled in a very specific way.

Constructive Criticism if done correctly will provide great benefits to your organization. It provides the ability for management to nullify problematic behaviors and develop well rounded and productive employees. Constructive feedback shows an employee that management cares about them and will invest time and effort into their careers.


Customer Service Training

How to Identify and Help the Troubled Employee

In today’s workplace, the retention of employees are critical to organizational success. However, many employees are facing more personal problems than ever before. In addition, employers’ expectations and rapid changes in the workplace contribute to stress which stimulate thoughts, beliefs and actions known as self-handicapping behaviors help create the troubled employee. Increased absenteeism, drug/alcohol abuse, and low job performances are some of the characteristics of the troubled employee.

This workshop teaches managers and employees principles that change beliefs that empower the troubled employee to believe in their own power, abilities and skills to become a productive employee.


Time Management

Time management training most often begins with setting goals. These goals are recorded and may be broken down into a project, an action plan, or a simple task list. Activities are then rated based on urgency and importance, priorities assigned, and deadlines set. This process results in a plan with a task list or calendar of activities. Routine and recurring tasks are often given less focus to free time to work on tasks that contribute to important goals.

This entire process is supported by a skill set that should include personal motivation, delegation skills, organization tools, and crisis management. We’ll cover all this and more during this workshop.

Building Community and Police Relationships:Understanding the Implicit Bias Phenomenon 

We all carry baggage full of assumptions, stereotypes and biases. This is why we conduct this workshop to help build police and community partnerships and teach how implicit biases create stereotypes and perceptions of policing that build barriers, racial, and cultural baggage in community and police relationships. This training is an important tool in helping law enforcement understand how implicit bias can affect them.

Join us and explore some of the issues and challenges faced by law enforcement and the community. Learn how cultural conditioning and other toxic social messages help determine implicit biases, assumptions, stereotypes, and behaviors.

Participants will realize and understand how their implicit biases can handicap understanding and community trust. Gather cross-cultural team building and diversity skills that will help overcome racial and cultural differences and shape healthier law enforcement and community relationships.
